It is important to note that CubAI does NOT collect:
- Your credentials or passwords for third-party services (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- The content of your conversations with AI tools
- Your browsing history within the application
- Files or documents you upload to third-party platforms

3. How We Use Your Information
3.1 Service Provision
- Process your purchase and generate your license
- Send you the download link and installation instructions
- Verify the authenticity of your license upon activation
- Manage your device activations (limit of 3 devices)

4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Local Storage
Most of your data (preferences, sessions, saved credentials) is stored locally on your device.
We do not have access to this information.

We only store your email, name, license key and activation information on secure servers
hosted in the European Union. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

cubai_ref): when you arrive on our site via an affiliate link, a cookie is set for 30 days to attribute the referral to the relevant affiliate. This cookie contains only the affiliate code, no personal data.

- License information: As long as your license is active
- Payment data: 10 years (legal tax obligation)
- Support communications: 2 years after the last interaction
- Crash reports: 90 days maximum

CubAI is not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information,
please contact us immediately.
