By accessing and using CubAI ("the Application"), a product of Growth Expansion LLC ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.
CubAI is a desktop application that provides a unified interface to access various artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, ElevenLabs, Leonardo AI and Canva.
The Application itself does not provide AI services, but serves as an interface to access third-party platforms. You must have your own accounts and subscriptions on these platforms.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use CubAI on up to three (3) devices that you own or control.

CubAI is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page. Prices are subject to change, but any change will not affect existing subscriptions.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe from the United States. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are displayed in euros (€) for convenience, but transactions are processed by Growth Expansion LLC, an entity registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.
A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
By activating your account or accessing the services, you acknowledge that the provision of digital content has begun and you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
In case of a technical issue preventing normal use of the service, contact contact@cubai.eu. We are committed to resolving the issue or processing a refund.
In case of a payment dispute (chargeback) deemed abusive, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the service and terminate the license without notice. Costs incurred by an abusive chargeback may be claimed from the user.
Your license includes all future updates of the Application free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue features at any time without notice.
We provide technical support by email. While we strive to respond promptly, we do not guarantee a specific response time.
CubAI integrates third-party services (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.). Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third-party services.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and protect your information.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CubAI at any time, without notice, if we believe that you have violated these terms of service.
You may stop using the Application at any time. Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination will remain in effect.
The Company shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, government actions, pandemics, interruptions of integrated third-party services, or cyberattacks.
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Application after publication of the changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States). Any dispute relating to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.
This is the authoritative version of this document. In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions, this English version shall prevail.
